Apple Releases watchOS 27 Public Beta 2 with Improvements for Apple Watch

Earlier this week, Apple released the fourth developer beta of watchOS 27. Today, the same update has been released for public beta testers. If you have been testing the first public beta since day one, make sure you download the latest update today.

  • Place your Apple Watch on its charger.
  • Make sure your iPhone and Apple Watch are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
  • Launch the Watch app on your iPhone.
  • Go to General > Software Update.
  • Tap on Download and Install when you see the new watchOS 27 public beta 2 update.

The update will take a while to install, which is to be expected from Apple Watch software updates. Once complete, you can start using your Apple Watch normally.

In public beta 2, there’s nothing noteworthy at all, and this update mostly focuses on performance improvements and Siri AI.
