The official press invites for Apple’s WWDC26 event have been sent out, with the opening keynote all set for 8th of June 2026.

Apple Sends Out Official Press Invites for WWDC26 – Opening Keynote Set for June 8th, at 10am PT

Apple announced WWDC26 a while ago, and it was obvious to assume that the first day of the event will include all the announcements developers and fans were looking forward to.

Today, Apple has confirmed that opening keynote by sending out invites to the press and different influencers. And like last year, the event will be held at Apple Park, at 10am PT.

Don’t worry, Apple is going to live stream the event for everyone around the globe, which means everyone is invited, even though not in-person.

You can either watch the entire event on Apple’s official YouTube channel, through the Apple TV app, or right from the Apple.com website.

In the opening keynote, we can expect Apple to announce the next-generation software for its platforms. This includes iOS 27, iPadOS 27, macOS 27, watchOS 27, tvOS 27, and of course, visionOS 27.

That’s not all, this is going to be the keynote in which Apple will finally demo a live and working version of the Gemini-powered Siri.

If Apple doesn’t deviate from its usual plan, then we can expect to download the first developer beta of the new software right after the event. But I’ll be at a complete loss for words if the initial betas don’t include the new Siri at all.

With just a few days to go, we’ll know what Apple has been cooking for a long time.
