Well, not exactly anyone, but those who have a compatible Apple Watch model. As long as yours is in the list, you can sign up to the public beta version of the update and download the watchOS 27 RC onto your Apple Watch immediately.
If you’ve been testing the developer beta or public beta since the beginning, or signed up recently, you can download the RC update by going to Watch > General > Software Update on your iPhone. Tap on the Download and Install button to get rolling.
Do keep in mind that this is the final update – the real deal – just meant for developers and public beta testers. It will start rolling out to everyone next week, according to Apple.
