Apple has highlighted Accessibility features ahead of the official announcement of iOS 27, macOS 27, macOS 27, tvOS 27, and more.

Apple Announces Bunch of New Accessibility Features Coming with iOS 27, iPadOS 27, macOS 27, tvOS 27, and visionOS 27

We are just a few weeks away from the official announcement of Apple’s new software lineup. But today, Apple showed off new Accessibility features that will be heading to devices like iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, and more.

Though there are a bunch of features which you can check out in Apple’s official press release, but I’m going to talk about the ones that are going to make the biggest impact.

VoiceOver and Magnifier Updates

Using Apple Intelligence, VoiceOver and Magnifier can describe what’s on the device’s screen or around you using the camera in detail.

Voice Control with Natural Language

Thanks to Apple Intelligence, users can now use Voice Control with completely natural language, allowing you to navigate an iPhone or iPad entirely using your voice.

Wheelchair Control Comes to Vision Pro

If you have a compatible wheelchair, you will be able to control it using the Vision Pro using your eyes and on-screen controls. Apple says the feature will be initially available on Tolt and LUCI wheelchair systems and expand to more options further down the line.

Made for iPhone Hearing Aids

Apple is working on Made for iPhone hearing aids, allowing users to switch between devices and keep on hearing the audio source.

Larger Text on Apple TV

A new feature is coming to tvOS, allowing users to increase the text size so that everything becomes readable on the big screen TV.

Expect these features to be a part of iOS 27, iPadOS 27, macOS 27, tvOS 27, and visionOS 27. This means they will be available to everyone around the world later this year.
