Apple has increased the prices of Apple Music and Apple One subscriptions bundles in a move that was coming for a long time.

Apple Music Now Starts at $6.99 for Students, and Apple One Subscription Sees Price Increase for Family and Premier Tiers

Apple is getting expensive, and that includes Apple services as well. Starting today, if you’re subscribing to an Individual Apple Music plan, it will cost you $11.99 instead of $10.99. Family plan now costs $19.99 instead of $16.99, while the Student plan now costs $6.99 instead of $5.99.

The Apple One subscription, which bundles many services into one is seeing a price bump too, only if you subscribe to the Family or Premier plans. As of now, the Individual plan costs $19.95 and remains the same. The Family plan now costs $27.95 instead of $25.95, while the Premier plan now costs $39.95 instead of $37.95.

Interestingly, Apple says that Apple Music is seeing a price bump due to licensing costs. But, with that being said, Apple Music still remains cheaper compared to many competitors, most notably Spotify.
