Apple Releases Developer Beta 3 of iOS 26.4, iPadOS 26.4, watchOS 26.4, and More – Download Right Away
Today was an exciting day because Apple announced the iPhone 17e alongside the new M4-powered iPad Air. But things aren’t stopping there as Apple has released new beta updates to its upcoming software too.
If you’re already running the second developer beta of Apple’s software, it’s important that you go right ahead and install the new updates onto your devices.

According to Apple, the new updates have the following build numbers:
- iOS 26.4 and iPadOS 26.4 beta 3 – build number 23E5223f
- watchOS 26.4 beta 3 – build number 23T5226e
- tvOS 26.4 beta 3 – build number 23L5224d
- visionOS 26.4 beta 3 – build number 23O5225f
As you can see, Apple hasn’t released beta 3 of macOS 26.4 Tahoe. I’m assuming Apple didn’t do that intentionally, otherwise it would leak information regarding the upcoming MacBook powered by the A18 Pro chip.
