Apple has released tvOS 26.1 public beta 2 for the Apple TV, and you can download it today over the air.

With tvOS 26.1 developer beta 2 now available for download, the second public beta with the same build number has been released a while back.
If you’ve been testing tvOS 26.1 for the past couple of weeks, then you can download the second public beta 2 by going to Settings > System > Software Update, then open Update Software Update.
Your Apple TV will restart in order to complete the installation, and once that is done, you can resume your favorite movie or TV show immediately.
