The Apple iPhone Air is now official, and can be bought fully unlocked in the United States, with the price as follows.
iPhone Air Starts at $999 and Goes All the Way up to $1,399 – Here’s the Complete Factory Unlocked Price Breakdown in the United States
Though it’s convenient for many users to get a deal on the iPhone Air straight from their carrier, if you’re planning to take the factory unlocked route, then you should know the official price of the smartphone.
Apple talked about its price during the official announcement, and it starts at $999, the same price as the outgoing iPhone 16 Pro smartphone. However, do keep in mind that the iPhone Air is available in three storage tiers. That $999 price applies to the 256GB model only.
According to Apple, you can buy the iPhone Air in 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB configurations. And here’s the complete price breakdown for your reading convenience:
- Apple iPhone Air – 256GB – $999
- Apple iPhone Air – 512GB – $1,199
- Apple iPhone Air – 1TB – $1,399
The thing that’s not included in that price is tax. It will vary from one state to the other if you’re living in the United States, so make sure you bring proper change if you do plan to buy the iPhone Air.
No matter which model you end up getting, you get the same 6.5-inch Super Retina XDR display that’s always-on as well. You also get the A19 Pro chip with a 5-core GPU, as well as the new 48-megapixel Fusion Camera and 18-megapixel Center Stage camera.
Which model you end up buying is entirely up to you. This is a brand-new iPhone with a bunch of compromises, especially when it comes to battery, although Apple is confident that it will easily last an entire day.
