You can now download and install watchOS 26 developer beta 8 for Apple Watch right now over the air with bug fixes.
watchOS 26 Beta 8 for Apple Watch Now Available for Download with Tons of Improvements
Those testing out developer beta 7 of watchOS 26 should download and install the new beta 8 right now by following these steps:
- Place Apple Watch on its charger.
- Launch Watch app on iPhone.
- Go to General > Software Update.
- Tap on Update Now under watchOS 26 beta 8.
The new beta update has the following build number: 23R5350a
You can test out watchOS 26 on your Apple Watch as well. Currently, the developer beta and public beta updates are available to download.
Given how close we are to the final release – under a month – it would be better to just download and install the final version of watchOS 26 instead.
