The first developer beta of macOS 27.2 Golden Gate is now available for download on the Mac right now.
Apple Releases First Developer Beta of macOS 27.2 Golden Gate, Download it Today
Alongside iOS 27.2 and iPadOS 27.2 betas, Apple has also released macOS 27.2 Golden Gate beta 1. It is available for developers only, which means public beta testers have to wait a while before they can take it for a spin.
If you’re interested in testing out the new macOS 27.2 Golden Gate update, you can follow the same steps posted here. You first have to get access to the Apple Developer Program and install the update afterwards. Do keep in mind that testing beta updates through the Apple Developer Program is absolutely free.
Just like macOS 27.0, the new 27.2 update is available for Apple silicon Macs only. And Apple says the new beta has the following build number: 26B5086k
