You can now download and install tvOS 27 developer beta 4 on your Apple TV over the air with new fixes and improvements.
New tvOS 27 Developer Beta 4 Now Available for Download on Apple TV with Bug Fixes and Other Improvements
Last week, Apple released the first public beta of tvOS 27. Before that, the tvOS 27 developer beta 3 was already available for download.
Today, tvOS 27 developer beta 4 has been released, which means you can expect bug fixes, stability improvements, and the usual enhancements that will improve your Apple TV experience.
In order to download the new tvOS 27 beta 4 on your Apple TV, follow these steps:
- Turn on your Apple TV.
- Make sure you’re connected to a Wi-Fi network.
- Launch the Settings app.
- Navigate to System > Software Updates > Update Software.
- Install the available developer beta 4 update.
The fourth beta of tvOS 27 has the following build number: 24J5325d
Many users on social media have been reporting that their smart home devices aren’t responding properly with the tvOS 27 beta update. These sort of things are to be expected, and hopefully, some of these issues have been addressed in the latest update for developers.
