The iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max will be available in four new color options, including a fancy new Dark Cherry.
Apple Working on Dark Cherry Color Option for iPhone 18 Pro, Including Dark Gray, Light Blue, and Silver
Every year, Apple makes its iPhone Pro lineup stand out with a brand-new color option. With iPhone 17 Pro, it was Cosmic Orange, and with iPhone 18 Pro, it’s going to be something different, most definitely.
According to Macworld, Apple is currently working on finalizing the color options for the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max, and so far, these are the colors that may (or may not) make it to the final lineup:
- Dark Cherry – Pantone 6076
- Dark Gray – Pantone 426C
- Light Blue – Pantone 2121
- Silver – Pantone 427C
Just toss those Pantone values into the search engine of your choice, and you’ll get an idea about the color. And do keep in mind that things may change as we move closer to the final product, all set for launch just in a few months’ time.
I remember there was a rumor not too long ago suggesting that we might get a coffee-colored iPhone. It didn’t say if it was the color of an espresso shot or a latte, so who knows what we might end up getting.
The same report also says that the iPhone Ultra will be available in two color options only, and it includes silver and white. I really wish the rumor said it was black and white, instead of silver and white.
The interesting thing here is, Apple is going ahead with four color options this year instead of just three with the iPhone 18 Pro. A tad bit of choice really goes a long way in keeping users excited and interested.
