You can now download and install macOS 26.5 Tahoe RC on the Mac, along with watchOS 26.5, tvOS 26.5, and visionOS 26.5 updates.

Apart from iOS 26.5 and iPadOS 26.5 RC, Apple has released the final version of its upcoming software updates for developers and public beta testers.
Thankfully, anyone can sign up to the public beta and enjoy the new updates, including macOS 26.5 Tahoe.
In order to sign up for the public beta, point your web browser to beta.apple.com and sign up using the Apple account you’re currently using on your device. Make sure it’s the same one; otherwise, the RC update won’t show up.
Once the sign-up process is complete, go to System Settings > General > Software Update > Beta Update on your Mac. Select macOS Tahoe 26 Public Beta from the drop-down box and click on Done.
You’ll immediately see macOS 26.5 RC under Software Update. Click on the Update Now button next to it and you’re golden.
Using a similar process, you can download the watchOS 26.5, tvOS 26.5, and visionOS 26.5 RC updates on your devices. But I will suggest that you wait for the update to become available next week and then install it.
