Apple has just released macOS 26.1 Tahoe developer beta 4 and you can download it right now with build number 25B5072a.

The new macOS 26.1 Tahoe update is available to download over the air, and it comes with the same option as iOS 26.1 beta 4 that allows you to adjust transparency of Liquid Glass. You’ll find the option to adjust it in System Settings > Appearance.
If you have been testing out macOS 26.1 Tahoe beta for a while, then you can download the new beta 4 update by going to System Settings > General > Software Update. Click on Update Now when you see the latest beta.
Public beta 4 of macOS 26.1 Tahoe should become available for download soon. If past releases are anything to go by, then we can expect it to arrive tomorrow.
