tvOS 26 developer beta 9 is now ready for download on the Apple TV with even more bug fixes compared to beta 8.
Apple has Released tvOS 26 Developer Beta 9 for the Apple TV with More Bug Fixes
In a rather surprising move, Apple has released beta 9 of tvOS 26. This means if you’ve been testing developer beta 8 then you should go right ahead and install the latest beta immediately.
In order to do that, launch the Settings app on your Apple TV, then go to System, then Software Updates, and then Update Software.
The new tvOS 26 beta has the following build number: 23J5351a
This is likely the final beta and we will go straight to the release candidate build some time around next week.
If you want to test out tvOS 26 on your Apple TV, you can either download the developer beta or the public beta.
