In a new image shared online, we get a glimpse of the upcoming new orange color option for iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max.
Apple will Ship the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max in Bold New Orange Color Option
We already know the color options the iPhone 17 lineup will be available in, and the one thing that stands out is the new orange color for iPhone 17 Pro.
Since it’s the ‘Pro’ iPhone we’re dealing with, you naturally expect a muted form of the color. But images shared by Sonny Dickson on X show that’s not the case at all. In fact, far from it.
It seems as though Apple is bringing a bolder color option for the first time in the iPhone Pro range. Because, if you look at the image below, you’ll be surprised how far Apple is going with its special color option for this year:
The funny thing is, the iPhone 17 Air colors look way more muted and serious compared to iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max.
But that orange is too bright, and way too awesome. I know this sounds strange coming from someone who is not a fan of special colors, but whenever Apple decides to do something different, it makes sure it stands out, and that’s what I like here.
For example, when Apple decided to go for the triple-camera system in the iPhone 11 Pro, rather than hiding the lenses behind some visor, the designers at Cupertino embraced the design with three separate lenses which look iconic to this minute.
However, do keep in mind that the dummy models you see in the images are dummy models. They do not represent the final shipping product at all and things can drastically change when Apple makes the announcement.
Whatever the case might be, I’m suddenly curious what Apple is going to ship later this year.
