A new report says that Apple may finally launch its powerful, advanced, and amazing Siri in the spring of 2026.
Apple May Launch the Advanced Version of Siri Next Year in Spring, But May Get Previewed Sooner
Apple delaying the advanced version of Siri was met with criticism. However, at WWDC 2025, Apple took out a few seconds to talk about it and said more work needed to be done, and it will have more to share next year.
Just now, Mark Gurman from Bloomberg is reporting that Apple is going to launch the new Siri in the spring of 2026. That’s not all; if work in the next several weeks is ‘promising,’ then Apple may just preview the Siri with the new iPhone 17 lineup.
I personally believe Apple will not preview anything with iPhone 17 at all, especially if the launch of Siri is set for Spring 2026. If WWDC 2025 is anything to go by, Apple is not making promises for future software updates at all. It will likely talk about Siri when it is actually ready and go out the door.
In a recent interview with Tom’s Guide, Craig Federighi took a dive into what went wrong and why Siri was delayed. It’s definitely worth a watch as Apple’s executive touches on a lot of other topics too.
