You can now download and install iOS 26.6.1 and iPadOS 26.6.1 updates for iPhone and iPad with important security fixes.

Apple has Released iOS 26.6.1 and iPadOS 26.6.1 Updates for iPhone and iPad with Important Security Fixes, Download Immediately

Apart from iOS 27 and iPadOS 27 beta 5, Apple has released iOS 26.6.1 and iPadOS 26.6.1 updates for the iPhone and iPad as well. Just like macOS 26.6.1, the new updates for iPhone and iPad are loaded with security updates.

Given that this is a security-focused update, therefore you should download and install it on your device immediately. All you have to do is head over to Settings > General > Software Update and then tap on Update Now.

Assuming you have 50% or more battery life and connected to a Wi-Fi network, the update will start to download and install immediately, otherwise go find yourself a charger, or Wi-Fi, whichever is required.
