A new report sheds light on the MacBook Neo 2 set for launch next year, and it’s not looking good for Windows laptops.

Apple Set to Rule the Laptop Market with the MacBook Neo 2 Powered by A19 Pro and 12GB of RAM Next Year

Currently, the MacBook Neo is blowing the competition out of the water with the performance and features it delivers at its exceptionally great price of $599.

The most important thing about the MacBook Neo is how it managed to bring in a lot of first-time Mac buyers. And it only makes sense that Apple will release a successor to the Neo given the success that it is seeing.

According to a report by Tim Culpan in his Culpium newsletter, that’s definitely happening next year.

The new MacBook Neo will likely retain its form factor but will ship with internal upgrades, which include the A19 Pro chip from the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone Air, along with 12GB of RAM.

In terms of performance, the A19 Pro is definitely a big upgrade over the already-fast A18 Pro, as demonstrated by the iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 17 Pro Max, and iPhone Air. And that extra 12GB of RAM is definitely going to help with a lot of things, especially those who are looking to push the MacBook Neo a little extra.

Whatever Apple ends up doing with the new Neo, it will be an instant hit, as long as the price remains unchanged.
