The final version of the visionOS 26.1 software is now available for download for the Vision Pro over the air right now.
Apple Releases visionOS 26.1 Update with Bug Fixes and More for Vision Pro – Download it Today
If you are already running visionOS 26.1 RC on your Vision Pro, then this day may not be that exciting for you. But if you have been waiting patiently for visionOS 26.1 to arrive, then make sure you download it right away and get onboard the hype train.
Since there are two Vision Pro headsets out there, the original one and the new M5 model, the update is available for download on both. In order to download the update, all you have to do is go to Settings > General > Software Update and install the update from here.
Apple says the new update has the following build number: 23N49
Apart from bug fixes, there aren’t that many notable changes in this update, except for maybe that new Apple TV app icon. Either way, you should install the update right now and keep your Vision Pro up to speed and ready for everything and anything you might want to do on it.
