Developer beta 9 of macOS 26 Tahoe software update for the Mac is now available for download and install.
Apple Releases macOS 26 Tahoe Beta 9 for Developers, Download and Install Right Away
Apple is making sure that its software is ready for prime time, hence developer beta 9 is here, something that is a rarity in the world of Apple software.
If you’ve been testing out macOS 26 Tahoe developer beta 8 since last week, then download the new update by going to System Settings > General > Software Update.
When the new update shows up, click on Update Now next to it.
The new update has the following build number: 25A5351b
Though this update likely just adds finishing touches to the macOS 26 update, if there is something noteworthy here, I will highlight it in a separate post.
Anyone can test out macOS 26 Tahoe, and you can either download the developer beta or the public beta.
