Apple Brings More Refinements to Apple Watch with New watchOS 26 Developer Beta 7 Update, Available for Download Now

There’s nothing more exciting than a new software update for watchOS beta testers. Because with every new update, we come closer to the final version.

Today, watchOS 26 developer beta 7 was released by Apple, and those testing beta 6 patiently since the past week can download the update right away.

In order to do that, this is what you have to do:

  • Place your Apple Watch on its charger.
  • Launch the Watch app on your iPhone.
  • Go to General > Software Update.
  • Tap on Update Now when watchOS 26 beta 7 shows up.

watchOS 26 beta 7 carries the following build number: 23R5346a

Once the update is installed, and it will definitely take a while, you can start using your Apple Watch normally, but this time it will be more stable than before.

Though the final version of watchOS 26 is coming next month, if you want to test out the developer beta or public beta of it today, you can do that as well.

Remember, once you do update to the beta, you cannot downgrade back to watchOS 11. It’s a one-way street.
