Liquid Glass on watchOS 26 is very subtle. It’s definitely there when you look at it, but Apple has kept it very simple, as if they didn’t want to take the soul of the original Apple Watch away.

Workout Buddy uses the power of Apple Intelligence to give you personalized insights into your health and workout routine. It will even give you a pep talk before you start your run and keep you motivated throughout the workout session.
Workout Gets a Visual Overhaul
The Workout app has been around forever, but watchOS 26 gives it a huge visual overhaul. It includes new customizable workout features, the ability to set up music and podcasts, and more.
Smart Stack, Even Smarter
The Smart Stack has an improved algorithm, which means it can show you more relevant information at any given time.
For example, if you’re lost outdoors with Backtrack enabled, the Smart Stack will show you a widget asking you to launch Backtrack and go back to where you started.
Live Translation
Live Translation comes to the Messages app, so you can talk normally and the translation bit will be handled by Apple Watch.
