Apple released developer beta 3 of the above software updates yesterday, and it was only a matter of time the same would become available for public beta testers. 24 hours later, everything is available for those enrolled in the public beta program by Apple.
Just like the developer beta, you can download and install the latest updates by going to Settings > General > Software Update on your device. Make sure you update immediately to ensure smooth functionality of your device.
