You think the Mac Studio and Mac mini are the only major announcements today? Not even close, because there’s a new Polishing Cloth by Apple and it costs just $9.
The new Polishing Cloth replaces the old one that cost $19, and it is not something entirely separate. This is the official description of what it is supposed to do:
Made with soft, nonabrasive material, the Polishing Cloth cleans any Apple display, including nano-texture, safely and effectively.
And just like the previous version, it has a huge compatibility list as well, and it works with all Apple devices with a display on it. Basically, the meme refuses to go away, and Apple knows this.
What I find truly hilarious is how the new Polishing Cloth has been released alongside two Apple devices – Mac mini and Mac Studio – that do not ship with any sort of display.
