First Public Beta Updates of iOS 26.5, iPadOS 26.5, macOS 26.5, watchOS 26.5, and tvOS 26.5 Now Available for Download
The first betas of iOS 26.5, iPadOS 26.5, and other software are already available for developers. If you’ve been waiting to test out the public beta versions of everything instead, then today is your day.
As ever, visionOS 26.5 is not part of the package, but everything else is. And just like before, you have to sign up to the public beta using your Apple Account by going to the beta.apple.com website.
Once on the website, click on the Sign In button at the top and enroll into the program using the Apple account you are currently using. Once that is done, it’s a simple case of enabling the beta by going to Settings > General > Software Update > Beta Updates on your Apple device.
The moment you enable the public beta update, your device will start to receive updates over the air immediately. Download away and enjoy the new beta software.
