Apple’s MacBook Neo ships with a 20W charger, but you can ‘fast charge’ it if you use a slightly faster charger, but it doesn’t help much.

MacBook Neo Technically Supports Slightly Faster Charging, But Buying a Faster Charger Won’t Make Much Difference

Fast charging is not part of the MacBook Neo package, and the laptop only ships with a 20W power adapter. Given the 36.5‑watt‑hour lithium‑ion battery inside the Neo, the notebook should charge in under 2 hours from 0%.

However, the Neo does support slightly faster charging, and Apple is not advertising it at all. Tests run by Macworld show that if you use a slightly powerful charger, the MacBook Neo does indeed charge faster.

Before you get too excited and outright buy a 100W charger for it, do keep in mind that charging speeds max out at 24 watts. That’s just 4 watts faster than what the official charger is capable of supplying.

If each and every single minute is important while charging your MacBook Neo, only then it’s a good idea to invest in a slightly faster charger. Anything around 30W should do just fine. But do keep in mind that even if you buy the fastest charger out there, your Neo won’t pull in more than 24 watts of power.
