Apple has just released the first developer beta updates of macOS 26.5 Tahoe, watchOS 26.5, tvOS 26.5, and visionOS 26.5.
Beta 1 of macOS 26.5 for Mac, watchOS 26.5 for Apple Watch, tvOS 26.5 for Apple TV, and visionOS 26.5 for Vision Pro Now Available for Download
Apart from iOS 26.5 and iPadOS 26.5 betas, Apple has also released the first developer betas for the rest of its platforms too. This includes macOS 26.5, watchOS 26.5, tvOS 26.5, and visionOS 26.5.
Just like iPhone and iPad, it’s difficult to say what these new updates bring to the Mac, Apple Watch, Apple TV, and Vision Pro just yet. But with time, more details will start to emerge, and we will know for sure what Apple is going to ship to everyone in the next couple of months.
If you already have an Apple Developer Program account (which is free, by the way) then all you have to do is enable developer beta updates on your device and download the new betas immediately. Do keep in mind the public beta is not available for download just yet, and like before, it won’t include visionOS.
In case you’re wondering, here are all the build numbers of the first betas Apple has released:
- macOS 26.5 Tahoe – 25F5042g
- watchOS 26.5 – 23T5541h
- tvOS 26.5 – 23L5443g
- visionOS 26.5 – 23O5441g
