Those who have been using iOS 26.3 and iPadOS 26.3 for the past week, there’s nothing new for you here. For everyone else, you have a software update to download and install.

The update is called iOS 26.3 for iPhone, and iPadOS 26.3 for iPad. Apart from the usual bug fixes and performance improvements, here’s everything that is new with this update:

Download iOS 26.3 and iPadOS 26.3 Over-the-Air

In order to download and install the update immediately, you just have to follow these steps:

  • Make sure your iPhone or iPad has 50% or more battery.
  • Launch the Settings app.
  • Open General.
  • Now open Software Update.
  • Wait for the page to refresh, and then tap on the Update Now button at the bottom.

According to Apple, the iOS 26.3 and iPadOS 26.3 updates have the following build number: 23D127

Super-Quick Clean Install

Now that the new update is available on Apple’s servers, you can do a quick clean install using Finder, if you so wish. But do know that this will erase everything off your iPhone and iPad; therefore, take a complete backup of everything using either Finder or iCloud.
