Apple has released new firmware update 8B34 for the AirPods Pro 3, and it is available to download over the air.

Firmware 8B30 was released back in December for AirPods Pro 3, and 8B34 is now available to download.
Just like any other AirPods firmware update, Apple doesn’t say what is new here. But given the small bump in build number, it’s safe to assume that this is a bug-fix release.
A lot of users have been complaining about random disconnections on their AirPods Pro 3. Hopefully, this update will address that to some extent, if not completely.
