If you have already downloaded and installed tvOS 26.2 RC on your Apple TV, then you can skip this blog post and enjoy the latest update like you did yesterday.
For those who patiently waited for the tvOS 26.2 update to arrive, then today is your lucky day, as a new software update is ready for you to download.
Downloading TVOS updates is a walk in the park, though you do have to be careful when it comes to a couple of things. For example, make sure your Apple TV stays powered on during the course of installation, and do not play around with the Siri Remote.

- Turn on your Apple TV.
- Launch the Settings app from the Home Screen.
- Now go to System > Software Updates.
- Now open Update Software and install the tvOS 26.2 update from here.
