Updating the Apple TV to the latest software is a quick and easy process. If you’ve been testing out tvOS 26.1 beta 3 on your Apple TV for a while, the new update can be downloaded straight from the Settings app.
On your Apple TV, just go to Settings > System > Software Update > Update Software Update. The update will become available for download, and you can install it immediately too.
tvOS 26.1 public beta 4 should become available for download tomorrow. If we’re super lucky, we might see it in a few hours from now as well, but that seems highly unlikely, given the past release schedule.
