iOS 26 and iPadOS 26 Developer Beta 9 Now Available for Download on iPhone and iPad Devices
It’s been a long time since Apple released ‘beta 9’ of anything. In fact, the last time Apple did so was back in 2018.
Today, those testing out iOS 26 and iPadOS 26 beta 8 can go right ahead and download the latest developer beta 9 over the air.
In order to do that, just go to Settings > General > Software Update on your iPhone and iPad, and then tap on Update Now. Once the download is complete, your iPhone and iPad will restart and install the update.
The new updates have the following build number: 23A5336a
This update likely adds final touches to iOS 26 and iPadOS 26, ensuring that the software is ultra-smooth when it comes to day-to-day use.
