Just a while back, Mark Gurman from Bloomberg said that Apple is going to hold its iPhone 17 event in the week of September 8th.
Today, a new report has emerged that says Apple is going to announce its new iPhone lineup on the 9th of September, based on information gathered from mobile phone providers.
Given how closely related these dates are, it’s likely that the week starting on the 8th of September definitely has some weight to it.
September 9th is a Tuesday, and if the announcement happens on that day, we can expect the smartphones to go up for pre-order on Friday in the same week.
If you can recall, the iPhone 16 lineup was announced on September 9th too, and it went on pre-order on the 13th.
So, this year’s iPhone will be announced on a Tuesday and last year’s happened on a Monday. Could Apple move the announcement to the 8th instead?
Though we might not think about it too much, but September is literally next month, and we have just over a month to go until Apple announces new iPhones.
While the majority of users are going to have their eyes set on the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max, the real star of the show is going to be the ultra-slim iPhone 17 Air.
