It’s public beta day, folks. This means you can finally enjoy the version of the software which developers have been working on for a few days now.
tvOS 26 developer beta 6 was made available earlier this week, but today, public beta testers can install the same build on their Apple TV.
In order to do that, just launch the Settings app on your Apple TV, then go to Software Updates, then Update Software. When the new software arrives, install it immediately.

In terms of features, you won’t find anything new in tvOS 26 public beta 3, but you will find a ton of stability improvements compared to the last update.
