iOS 26 and iPadOS 26 developer beta 7 is now available for download on iPhone and iPad. Here’s how you can install it right away.
iOS 26 and iPadOS 26 Beta 7 Now Available for Download with More Bug Fixes and Stability Improvements for iPhone and iPad Users
With iOS 26 and iPadOS 26 developer betas now arriving on a weekly basis, Apple is adding the final touches to its big software release ahead of final release next month.
Developer beta 7 of iOS 26 and iPadOS 26 is now available for download, and if you’re currently testing beta 6, here’s how you can install the latest version over the air:
- Launch the Settings app.
- Go to General > Software Update.
- Tap on Update Now when iOS 26 and iPadOS 26 beta 7 shows up.
iOS 26 and iPadOS 26 beta 7 carries the following build number: 23A5326a
Just like last time, this update focuses on speed improvements and overall stability. If you think beta 6 was fast, this one’s going to impress you further.
If you want to test out iOS 26 or iPadOS 26 as well, you can either install the developer beta or the public beta.
At this point in time, it’s safe to use the new software on your daily driver iPhone and iPad. Though third-party app support might be limited, but if you just want to experience Liquid Glass, the experience is extremely refined now.
Or, you can just skip installing the update completely and wait for the final version to arrive next month instead. After all, you’ve waited this long, why not experience the final version instead of a beta?
