It’s been a while since Apple released any beta update for AirPods. The last update was almost 20 days ago, with a build number of 8A5308b.
Toady, Apple is stepping things up with a new beta update with build number of 8A5324b for AirPods 4 and AirPods Pro 2.

Leave your AirPods connected and near your iPhone, iPad, or Mac, and the new beta update will be downloaded and installed soon. It is recommended that you leave your AirPods on charge as well, which helps speed up the update process.
