Apple has officially launched a repair program for the 2023 M2 Mac mini facing power-related issues.

M2 Mac mini May Fail to Power on Due to an Issue, Apple has Launched a Repair Program for Affected Computers

Launched back in 2023, there are several M2 Mac minis out there that do not power back on at all. If you’re affected by this issue, Apple has officially launched a repair program, which you should make use of right away.

Apple says that you can enter your device’s serial number on its website and determine if your device falls in the spectrum of affected devices. Once determined, take your Mac mini to Apple, and they’ll repair it for free.

Head over to this link to enter your serial number.

You can either take it to your nearby Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider for repair.

Apple says that it may limit the repair to the original country or region of purchase. If your Mac mini is out of warranty, this repair does not mean that you get extra warranty on top of the repair; it will only cover this power issue.

This program will only cover the M2 Mac mini that has been purchased within three years of its original release date.
