A simple search in the Settings app gives you everything except what you’re actually looking for.
Settings App is Already Bad and a Broken Search Feature Only Adds to its Overall Issues
I use the built-in Search feature in iOS, iPadOS and macOS a lot. Believe it or not, it’s my go-to place for launching apps too.
If you go into the Settings app, you’ll see Search at the top as well. It makes perfect sense for it to be there, because the Settings app is not a great experience anymore; therefore, it’s just a better idea to search what you’re looking for rather than dig into menus.
Interestingly, Apple has found a way to ruin Search in Settings too.
I opened up Settings and typed in ‘Camera’ because I wanted to change a couple of settings for the Camera app, only to realize it shows me everything related to Camera except the most obvious thing in the world.
Have a look yourself:

Seriously, Apple? No Camera app at all?
I thought it might be an issue on my iPhone, but after several restarts and trying out other devices, it’s the same problem.
Rather than shipping a redesigned version of iOS and iPadOS or the advanced version of Siri, it’s better to fix the most obviously broken things first.
The Settings app makes no sense and I have no idea how the classification of apps inside it works either.
Some Apple apps are under the Apps section while some are on the main page.
A broken Search is just an icing on the cake.
